1. Scope, Provider

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed via the online shop rainbowchain.net ("Rainbow Chain"). Your contractual partner is Great Products and Ideas LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #17723, Casper, WY 82609, USA, email: info@greatproductsandideas.com (hereinafter "we" or "us").

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer do not apply unless we expressly agree to them.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. You can add products to the shopping cart and enter your details at checkout. Before submitting your order, you can review all entries and correct them using your browser's back function or the editing fields.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email, or at the latest upon dispatch of the goods.

3. Contract Language, Storage of the Contract Text

The contract languages are German and English. We store the contract text and send you the order details and these Terms of Service by email. You can view the Terms of Service on this page at any time. If you have a customer account, you can access your previous orders in your account.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Our products are individually printed after you place your order (print-on-demand). Minor deviations in the color, placement and size of the print compared with the on-screen representation may occur due to the production process and do not constitute a defect, provided they are customary in the trade and reasonable.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices displayed include any statutory VAT applicable to the sale. Shipping costs are charged in addition and are displayed on the product page or, at the latest, at checkout before you submit your order.

Depending on the product and destination, goods may be shipped from another country (for example, t-shirts, kids' tees and mugs are printed in the USA). For deliveries from outside the customs territory of the destination country (e.g. from the USA to the EU, Switzerland or the UK), import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country; these are to be borne by the customer. Prices are displayed and charged in the currency selected in the shop.

6. Payment

The payment methods displayed at checkout are available, in particular credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is due and charged upon completion of the order.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the countries selectable at checkout. The delivery time consists of the production time and the shipping time; details can be found in our shipping and delivery information. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate shipments; this will not incur any additional costs for you.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

10. Warranty

The statutory rights regarding liability for defects apply. Please report defects, misprints or transport damage, if possible within 30 days of receipt, with a photo to info@greatproductsandideas.com so that we can promptly arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights; this period is not a cut-off period.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance you may regularly rely), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

12. Copyright

All designs, texts and images in the shop are protected by copyright. Any use without our consent is not permitted.

13. Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Applicable Law, Place of Jurisdiction

The laws of the State of Wyoming (USA) apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is our registered office. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.

15. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms of Service be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
