Delivery Areas
We ship worldwide to all countries that can be selected at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the product, the number of items and the destination country. They are displayed in the shopping cart or, at the latest, at checkout before you submit your order.
Free shipping to the USA: For deliveries within the USA, shipping is free on orders with a subtotal of $50 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery Times
Every product is made for you after you place your order (usually 1–5 business days) and then shipped with tracking. Hoodies are printed at the production facility closest to you; t-shirts, kids' tees and mugs are printed in the USA. The total delivery time (production and shipping) is approx.:
- USA: 4–10 business days
- Hoodies to Germany: 4–10 business days
- Hoodies to the rest of Europe and the UK: 5–20 business days
- T-shirts, kids' tees and mugs outside the USA: 10–30 business days
- All other destinations: 10–30 business days
For prepayment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is placed; otherwise, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next business day.
Partial Deliveries
As our products are manufactured by different production partners depending on the item and destination country, an order may arrive in several packages. This will not incur any additional shipping costs for you.
Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Customs Duties and Import Charges
Depending on the product and destination, your order may be shipped from another country – for example, t-shirts, kids' tees and mugs are printed in the USA. For deliveries from outside the customs territory of your country (e.g. from the USA to the EU, Switzerland or the UK), import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
